What you will do
- Develop a deep understanding of Nursing Education customers and their needs, particularly with digital products.
- Coordinate with Product Management to align customer needs with strategic goals.
- Deliver clear and professional communication to key accounts, explaining complex issues effectively.
- Track and report on customer satisfaction metrics for key partnership accounts.
- Develop and implement product implementation strategies, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Own the product development lifecycle and schedule by working with Agile/Scrum teams to support customer needs.
Requirements
- English: B2 required.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service/support with exposure to digital product development or educational/academic markets.
- Superior communication and relationship management skills, including customer facilitation and issue triage.
- Demonstrated ability to remain professional and solution-oriented during time-sensitive customer interactions.
- Strong project management skills, including developing schedules, overseeing work-in-progress, and implementing risk mitigation.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
Nice to have
- General knowledge of the Nursing Education market.
- Experience understanding technology opportunities, constraints, and choices.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum principles and practices for Product Owners.
- Exposure to digital products/solutions in the educational space (including testing/assessment products).
- Exposure to backlog software (e.g., Jira, Trello) and communication applications (Slack, MS Teams, Salesforce).
