Software Engineer, Backend (.NET)

TL;DR

Senior Backend Software Engineer (.NET): Building and optimizing backend services for a distributed data platform with an accent on .NET Framework/Core C# development, multithreading, and object-oriented programming. Location: Hybrid in Yokne'am, Israel (working onsite three days per week and remotely the remaining days if residing within 45 miles of the office)

What you will do

• Lead feature development from the design phase through to production release.
• Write code, analyze data, and contribute to the design and implementation of software.
• Take charge of high-impact features for new and existing customers.
• Maintain a focus on quality and agility throughout the development process.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in .NET Framework/Core C# development.
• Proficient in multithreading and Object-Oriented programming.
• Strong experience with design patterns, clean code, and solid architectures.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent field.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model if residing within 45 miles of an office location, specifically in Yokne'am, Israel for this role.

Nice to have

• Experience with on-premises Windows Server deployment.
• Proven ability to lead feature development in an enterprise-level environment.
• Familiarity with moving parts of a solution to cloud deployment.
• Knowledge of Active Directory/Azure Active Directory.
• Previous involvement in developing products within the enterprise identity/security domain.
• Extensive background in Windows internals, advanced concurrency controls, and operating system objects.
• Experienced with microservice/event-oriented design and development.
