What you will do

• Develop and maintain systems that process complex requests within milliseconds.
• Tackle advanced engineering challenges in multiple languages and environments.
• Own products from ideation, planning, production to monitoring.
• Teach and learn within the team to foster growth and excellence.
• Work autonomously and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of backend development experience.
• B.Sc. in computer science or equivalent.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud development and high-scale systems.
• Ability to work in a multi-language environment.
• Experience with AI-powered development tools such as Claude and Cursor.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with NodeJS, .NET Core, Kubernetes, Docker, Airflow, Data Flow, and Terraform.
• Experience with multiple Google Cloud Platform services.
• Proven hardcore performance optimization skills (tens of milliseconds).
