Location: This is a hybrid role based in Warsaw, Poland, with the possibility of full remote work for suitable candidates after successful onboarding.

What you will do

• Conduct product demonstrations and workshops as part of the requirements management process.
• Gather and understand requirements from various sources, including technical documentation, contracts, and stakeholders.
• Analyze gathered requirements to ensure they are clear, complete, consistent, and testable.
• Document analyzed requirements in a clear and concise format, developing product specifications and fully elaborated user stories.
• Track and manage changes to requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Work closely with other team members, including product managers, developers, and testers, to ensure a shared understanding of product requirements and cross-capability collaboration.
• Provide continuous guidance and assistance to customers, fostering product engagement and maximizing its usage.

Requirements

• Background in technical English (technical translation/localization, documentation, requirements engineering, or software solution analysis).
• Excellent communication (English C2), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under moderate supervision.
• Ability to travel internationally (up to 20% of time).
• Ability to work across multiple time zones internationally if required.
