What you will do
- Conduct product demonstrations and workshops as part of the requirements management process.
- Gather and understand requirements from various sources, including technical documentation, contracts, and stakeholders.
- Analyze gathered requirements to ensure they are clear, complete, consistent, and testable.
- Document analyzed requirements in a clear and concise format, developing product specifications and fully elaborated user stories.
- Track and manage changes to requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Work closely with other team members, including product managers, developers, and testers, to ensure a shared understanding of product requirements and cross-capability collaboration.
- Provide continuous guidance and assistance to customers, fostering product engagement and maximizing its usage.
Requirements
- Background in technical English (technical translation/localization, documentation, requirements engineering, or software solution analysis).
- Excellent communication (English C2), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under moderate supervision.
- Ability to travel internationally (up to 20% of time).
- Ability to work across multiple time zones internationally if required.
