What you will do

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable solution requirements and PRDs.
• Manage end-to-end integrations with third-party vendors and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Conduct impact analysis across frontend, backend, and BI services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Security, Compliance, and Engineering to align product goals.
• Prioritize the product backlog while balancing business value, risks, and technical constraints.
• Define and monitor performance metrics to drive data-based product improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner or product management role.
• Proven experience in requirements documentation, including functional specifications and API definitions.
• Demonstrated experience leading third-party system integrations from ideation to launch.
• Must be authorized to work in Poland on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in iLottery, iGaming, or sports betting platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working in regulated environments.
• Collaboration experience with distributed or offshore teams.
