What you will do

• Own Customer Master Data for assigned Sold-to accounts.
• Verify and standardize customer information using trusted online sources.
• Manage work requests through Salesforce and communicate status updates.
• Facilitate entry of new master data records and ensure accuracy.
• Uphold master data governance policies to maintain consistency and data integrity.
• Lead and execute data quality remediation efforts as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar data-focused role, or in customer service and/or sales.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency with SAP and Salesforce platforms.
• Strong Excel skills, including data handling and formatting.
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment (China) without sponsorship for employment visa status.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI reporting or data analytics.
• Experience with data governance frameworks and quality assurance practices.
