CHK Customer Data Analyst

What you will do

• Own customer master data for assigned Sold to accounts and maintain data integrity across platforms.
• Verify, research, standardize, and document customer information using trusted online sources.
• Manage Salesforce work requests and facilitate the creation of complete and accurate master data records.
• Apply data standards, cleansing processes, governance policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate training, provide floor support, and lead data quality initiatives and remediation efforts.
• Communicate work status, issues, and updates with related functions while following standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar data-focused role, or at least 2 years in customer service and/or sales.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency with SAP and Salesforce.
• Strong Excel skills, including data handling and formatting.
• Must be legally authorized to work in China without employment visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI reporting or data analytics.
• Experience with data governance frameworks and quality assurance practices.
