What you will do

• Work across the full stack (Nest.js, Next.js, React Native, Neon/Postgres, AWS).
• Collaborate closely with PMs, product, and users to deliver production-quality features quickly.
• Guide, validate, and refine AI-generated code, optimizing the development process for AI assistance.
• Build end-to-end functionality in production systems with a focus on ownership and clarity.
• Shape architecture and influence engineering culture within a small, sharp team.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
• Experience with Nest.js (backend), Next.js (frontend), React Native (mobile), Postgres/Neon, and AWS.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, testing strategies, performance, security, observability, and production readiness.
• Comfortable working with AI-assisted development (Cursor) and evaluating, refining AI-generated code.
• Product mindset with a focus on delivering iterative value and solving user problems.
• Clear and concise communication with PMs, designers, and stakeholders.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Java experience is a plus, but not required.
