What you will do

• Provide technical leadership to ensure high quality, productivity, and efficient delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers on solution design and prioritization.
• Take part in the full lifecycle from concept to production-ready solutions.
• Maintain and further develop existing modules.
• Prototype, evaluate, and introduce new technologies and approaches.
• Mentor engineers, hold 1-on-1s, and contribute to individual development plans.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on development experience, preferably with .NET (C#) and/or React.
• Experience with technical leadership in a product team.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field (relevant experience can compensate).
• English: Fluent required.
• Local Language: Fluent in Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish required.
• Work Location: Must be based in Norway, Sweden, or Denmark.
