What you will do

• Research and select top industry events for company presence.
• Launch teasers, promotions, and campaigns to maximize event attendance.
• Coordinate branding, signage, and messaging for optimal impact at events.
• Collaborate with the Event Manager to shape experiences, swag, and activations.
• Partner with sales, product, and design teams to convert event buzz into leads.
• Track metrics, gather feedback, and report on event performance to drive improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience running campaigns tied to in-person events for growth.
• Ability to identify effective design, merchandise, and messaging strategies.
• Strong focus on pipeline generation and achieving measurable results.
• Excellent collaboration skills with marketing, sales, and design teams.
• Confidence in pitching, presenting, and following up on opportunities.
• English: C1+ required (fluent) to connect with all stakeholders.
