What you will do

• Design and build large-scale distributed systems using microservices architecture.
• Develop high-quality, reusable code following TDD, pair programming, and design patterns.
• Implement and advocate for continuous delivery (CD) and DevSecOps practices to accelerate value delivery.
• Collaborate with analysts, designers, and project managers to create innovative customer experiences and interactive prototypes.
• Mentor junior-level consultants and foster a culture of healthy, respectful technical debate.
• Utilize the hirify.global Technology Radar to apply cutting-edge technical solutions to client problems.

Requirements

• Experience with NodeJS (NestJS) and Angular using Object-Oriented programming.
• Strong proficiency in TDD, continuous integration, and continuous delivery approaches.
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Extreme Programming (XP), Scrum, or Kanban.
• Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Proven ability to mentor peers and contribute to the external tech community (blogs, open source, speaking).
