TL;DR

Account Manager (SaaS): Identifying and executing upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers to expand the customer base and increase revenue with an accent on customer data analysis and seamless customer experience. Focus on managing the full sales cycle and influencing product development based on customer demands.

Location: We are accepting applications from employees working in the following states: Texas, New York, South Carolina, North Carolina, Colorado, Florida, Utah, and Georgia.

Salary: 140-160K

What you will do

  • Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, owning the account pipeline and contributing to the team’s pipeline.
  • Analyze customer data to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with SDR and CSM teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Influence the product based on customers' demands and needs.

Requirements

  • One year of experience as an Account Manager/Account Executive at a SaaS company.
  • Energetic, positive, and motivated.
  • Strong customer relationship skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels in an organization.
  • Ability for self-learning and highly independent.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure and busy work environment.
