Location: Must come into the office 3-days a week if based out of San Francisco Bay Area, Boston, Bangalore, Hyderabad, London, and New York.

Salary: $130,000-$175,000

What you will do

• Oversee the overall Salesforce platform to ensure stability, scalability, and optimal performance.
• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions to meet evolving business and technical requirements.
• Design, configure, and manage Salesforce CPQ, including product rules, pricing, quote templates, and advanced approval workflows.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce and other GTM systems.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across Salesforce through strong governance and best practices.
• Build and optimize automations using Flow and validation rules to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Administrator role
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and Salesforce reporting and dashboards
• Experience with unit/regression testing and release management of modifications/updates between environment instances
• Experience in an agile based environment
• Superior communication skills with business stakeholders and leadership

Nice to have

• Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
• CPQ Specialist Certification
• Two years of experience using Agile methodologies
