Location: Willing to work in PST or MT zone.

Salary: $100,000-120000 annually.

What you will do

• Assist partners with up-front implementation discovery diligence, project analysis, scope of work creation, and complex Fit-Gap Analysis.
• Support partners by answering challenging application questions, tracking issues, and resolving or escalating problems according to company guidelines.
• Analyze, define, and document requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, interfaces with other systems, and internal/external checks and controls.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and client reporting.
• Craft, plan, and conduct product and technology presentations for partners and during field events.
• Provide user training and documentation to aid business partners in preparing for solution presentations.

Requirements

• You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Technology, Commerce, or a related field.
• You have 5+ years ERP software implementation experience in distribution, supply chain, WMS, financials and/or Inventory.
• You have accounting understanding and know basic accounting concepts.
• You have installation and configuration experience with various Business Application Software (Mid-Market ERP).
• Willing to work in PST or MT zone.
• You have strong presentation skills and can communicate professionally.
