What you will do

• Represent hirify.global as both an expert communicator and technologist.
• Communicate directly with customers, product and engineering teams to find solutions.
• Drive the technical integration strategy and execution for prospects and customers.
• Quickly root-cause, identify technical issues, and provide clear instructions or new product specifications.
• Directly impact product direction by suggesting improvements from customer feedback.
• Improve collaboration with Sales and Customer Success by developing tools and enhancing documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in a Mobile Developer, Web Developer, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Engineer role at a B2B software technology company.
• Experience with mobile or web development and familiarity with iOS, Android, and their development tools.
• Working knowledge of Linux and/or Mac OS X command line.
• Ability to read and write code (Python, Java, Objective-C, Swift, Kotlin, or JS preferred).
• Excellent communication skills for writing and speaking with people.
• Willingness to travel for customer-facing activities and internal team collaboration.
• Diploma in Computer Science, Mathematics or related discipline preferred.
