What you will do

• Act as a trusted technical partner to guide customers through onboarding, implementation, and expansion.
• Lead functional workshops to document requirements and design scalable observability solutions.
• Provide hands-on technical consulting, including data visualization, workflow recommendations, and migration strategies.
• Collaborate with internal Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to advocate for product improvements based on customer needs.
• Ensure adherence to observability standards and best practices across enterprise environments.

Requirements

• Must be located in the UK
• 5+ years of experience in deployment teams using project management techniques.
• Direct experience with observability stacks, preferably including Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, or Tempo.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level observability implementations.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and major cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with business executives and technical staff.
