What you will do

• Define and execute the product roadmap for the platform's security capabilities.
• Own the product roadmap for Cloud Security, Identity Access Management, and Security Center features.
• Drive security strategy and goals in collaboration with Security Leads.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling value propositions for diverse audiences.
• Operate as an indirect leader, facilitating communication and driving conflict resolution.
• Proactively identify security gaps and establish hirify.global as a trusted security platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management at a technology company.
• Solid understanding of cloud-native security.
• Familiarity with security frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, or OWASP.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience doing discovery & usability testing to gather customer feedback.
• English: B2 required.
