Principal Product Manager, Comms Integrations (AI): Leading the Communications Integrations team, defining the experience for customers using hirify.global on Google, Microsoft, and Slack, and building experiences that connect hirify.global AI to Gemini, Copilot, and other 3rd-party AIs and agents with an accent on customer empathy and complex systems thinking. Focus on cross-functional collaboration and partnering with engineering, design, user research, and product marketing.

Location: Based in our Vancouver office with an office-centric hybrid schedule (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in-office).

Salary: $211,000 - $269,000 CAD

What you will do

• Lead a team to build powerful experiences for users on hirify.global’s top integrations on Google, Microsoft, and Slack.
• Partner with Google, Microsoft, and Slack to develop a shared roadmap that maximizes the reach of hirify.global workflows and the power of hirify.global AI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify customer problems, establish a vision, set strategy, and build solutions.
• Partner with engineering, design, and other functions to execute on roadmaps with high velocity.
• Maximize clarity by bringing a data-driven mindset to setting goals and milestones.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of product management experience, with majority in building user-facing features in B2B SaaS products serving Enterprise customers.
• Systems thinker with the ability to conceptualize connections between user actions and notifications across different channels.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and curiosity about how LLMs are transforming software discovery and adoption.
• Strategic mindset to inspire the company by creating intuitive work experiences for users across different channels.
• Customer-centric approach to analyze customer personas and dig into the roots of customer needs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with cross-functional teammates and deliver high-quality results.

Nice to have

• Experience building on 3rd party platform integrations.
• Experience with AI/ML products and LLM APIs.
