• Optimize and scale existing programs by expanding networks and increasing engagement.
• Source and manage creators who align with brand values and a diverse global audience.
• Build relationships with talent agencies, creators, and social platforms.
• Oversee campaign execution from creative brief through performance reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with social, paid media, PR, creative, and localization teams.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or social media.
• A strong creative eye and sharp instinct for brand-aligned content.
• Comfort managing creative, operational, and analytical aspects of influencer programs.
• Familiarity with influencer tools like Impact, CreatorIQ, or Traackr.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn metrics into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
