What you will do

• Lead and manage the internal multisport social content creator team aligned to key company priorities
• Plan and coordinate coverage across sport-specific priority handles and the general @hirify.global handle
• Own programming strategy ensuring effective scheduling across key events and matchdays
• Act as editorial decision-maker during live events ensuring fast, accurate, platform-native publishing
• Create content including filming, editing, posting, and clipping live feeds
• Collaborate closely with social leads, editorial, creative, marketing, and production teams

Requirements

• Proven experience leading social teams within sports or media environments
• Strong multi-sport editorial knowledge including boxing, football, NFL
• Experience managing internal content creators and scheduling across multiple priorities
• Location: Must be based in New York, US or able to work hybrid from this location
• Confidence creating end-to-end social content alongside team
• Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution in live sports environments
