What you will do

• Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to build the user-facing aspects of the hirify.global platform.
• Build highly performant and stable frontends.
• Create structures that allow for quick iteration and responsiveness to customer feedback.
• Figure out ways to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Measure and optimize code for performance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience working on modern web ecosystems.
• 5+ years of experience with React, Typescript, Javascript, RESTful API, and CSS.
• Ability to set the highest possible UX and UI bar for your work.
• Understanding of how code can affect performance and how to optimize it.
• Be a proactive team player comfortable with blended sync and async communication.
• Must be able to work from EMEA or LATAM regions.

Nice to have

• Experience as a technical lead making architectural design decisions.
• Experience with Github CI/CD.

• 20-minute phone interview.
• Programming challenge consisting of LeetCode and React parts.
• Three main interviews covering experience, theory, system design, live coding, product thinking, and past work.
• All interviews are conducted via Google Meet.
