TL;DR
Senior International Marketing Manager (International Growth): Driving new customer growth across 16 international markets by owning strategy across the entire funnel. Focus on optimizing channel, creative, site conversion, offers, and pricing, and translating insights into local learning agendas.
Location: This is a hybrid role, and you’ll join the team in our Barcelona office at least two days a week (Mondays and Thursdays) to collaborate in person.

What you will do
- Contribute to and implement the annual growth strategy for International Markets, transferring insights into plans and OKRs.
- Own the execution of local growth strategies with central channel teams and external agencies, managing New Customer volume targets.
- Partner with analytics, product, and channel teams to improve New Customer conversion rate for International Markets and optimize landing pages.
- Manage the local content approach with central teams, ensuring local content pillars are in place.
- Produce and own local customer intelligence routines, turning the local customer voice into insights and actions.
Requirements
- High fluency in English (C2).
- Minimum of 8 years working experience driving cross-functional program outcomes.
- Experience working directly with online and offline Marketing channels and technologies.
- Highly analytically independent, able to use data to solve complex problems in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to define and execute against clear timelines.
- Clear and structured communication style both verbal and written, especially in writing business cases.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively partner cross-functionally and influence diverse teams.
Nice to have
- Experience working with software-related product and analytics teams.
- Experience in online marketplaces.
- Experience in one or more of the following countries: Germany, France, UK, Spain, Italy.
