What you will do
- Own ideas from start to finish, from proposing concepts to producing final deliverables.
- Develop compelling brand assets, including visuals, and maintain design system and brand guidelines.
- Craft engaging copy and refine the tone of voice for clear, impactful messaging.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) on brand activation campaigns, sponsorships, and partnerships.
- Develop brand strategies and conduct market research to understand trends and identify AI-powered tools.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual execution and design skills as a well-rounded creative.
- Proven copywriting abilities paired with a strong understanding of branding principles, market positioning, and storytelling.
- 5+ years of experience in branding, marketing, or related fields.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content strategies.
- Experience with design tools and design systems, with Adobe Suite and Figma being a must.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English languages (a must).

- Skilled in creating 2D, motion graphics, and product prototyping.
