What you will do

  • Liaise with internal and external providers and systems for all international benefits.
  • Manage sickness and Leave of Absence requests, inquiries, and processing.
  • Assist with international benefit renewals and open enrollments.
  • Conduct global policy reviews and benchmarking.
  • Support international pension governance requirements.
  • Maintain benefits content on platforms like Passport/Service Now, create orientation materials, and manage employee communication.
  • Perform day-to-day benefits processing, including insurance forms, reconciliation/audits, and statutory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5 to 8 years of work experience with international benefits.
  • Thorough understanding of HRIS systems, with Service Now and Workday experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively with a global-first mindset.
  • Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
