Focus on defining global product vision, prioritizing roadmaps for measurable business outcomes, and fostering a data-driven, customer-first culture.

Location: Hybrid role based in Berlin, Germany, requiring office attendance 2 days a week.

What you will do

• Own and articulate the long-term global product vision and strategy for Financial Services.
• Define, prioritize, and drive the execution of the product roadmap for measurable business outcomes.
• Instill a data-driven, customer-first culture to design and deliver scalable user/merchant experiences.
• Establish operational excellence for product development, optimizing delivery velocity and product market fit.
• Mentor, coach, and grow a high-performing global team of Product Managers.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Commercial, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and robust platform delivery worldwide.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with 5+ years leading teams in global technology platforms.
• Extensive experience with consumer and/or merchant-facing products in Financial Services, Banking, Payments, or Embedded Finance.
• Demonstrated expertise in navigating regulatory environments within FinTech or Payments.
• Proven track record of scaling platforms to achieve sustained outcomes across multiple markets.
• Thrives in fast-paced, changing environments, taking ownership and adapting quickly.
• Operates with humility, a growth mindset, and a team-first approach.
