What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Ensure systems are secure, maintainable, and highly available.
• Own services throughout the full lifecycle, from development to production management.
• Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable software solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and improve team engineering standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack or backend software development.
• Deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Strong background in designing RESTful microservices and distributed systems.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases, caching, and messaging systems like Kafka.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and production service management.
