What you will do

• Present the advantages of hirify.global and its competitive differentiators to technical and business stakeholders.
• Design optimal technical solutions utilizing the hirify.global platform, focusing on cloud architecture and integration strategy.
• Lead Proof of Concepts, translate prospects' business needs into PoC success criteria, and demonstrate the PoC solution.
• Provide technical input and content for RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.
• Maximize customer adoption of the hirify.global platform and ensure they achieve desired business outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling through a deep understanding of customer technical roadmaps.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Presales or Solutions Architect in enterprise software.
• A clear understanding of problems related to IDP, platform engineering, DevOps, multi-cloud, FinOps, GreenOps, and CMP.
• Expertise in creating and maintaining complex configurations using Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes (CRDs, ArgoCD, Helm), and proficiency in YAML and at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash).
• Excellent hands-on experience with at least one major Public Cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Comfort and proficiency in presenting complex technical solutions and product advantages.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD methodologies.

• Expertise in Internal Developer Portals (IDPs) and platform engineering principles.
• Certified Solution Architect - Associate level for Public Cloud.
• Strong experience with Private Cloud technologies (e.g., VMware vSphere, OpenStack).
