Product Manager (Fintech, AI)

TL;DR

Product Manager (Fintech, AI): Leading the vision, strategy, and roadmap for new product offerings in financial operations with an accent on expanding product capabilities and iterating based on data and customer feedback. Focus on streamlining complex business flows via excellent user experience and contributing to the growth of the product management function.

Location: Hybrid in NYC or SF (at least 2 days/week in-office). Must be a U.S.-based full-time employee or willing to relocate to NYC or SF with provided relocation support.

Salary: $170,000 – $325,000

• Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for one of hirify.global’s new product offerings.
• Expand product capabilities to help thousands of finance teams successfully manage their finances.
• Leverage data and customer feedback to constantly iterate and evolve product offerings.
• Partner with world-class designers and engineers to deliver great products and experiences.
• Contribute to the vision, strategy, and processes for growing the product management function.

Requirements

• Hybrid work model, requiring in-person presence at NYC or SF offices at least 2 days/week.
• Must be a U.S.-based full-time employee or eligible for relocation to NYC or SF.
• Minimum 3 years of product management experience.
• BA/BS in a technical or analytical field.
• Strong customer empathy and design thinking.
• Fluency in data and how to make data-driven product decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth startups.
• Experience building products with a significant AI component, especially leveraging LLMs.
• Experience building consumer or financial products, or solving problems requiring complex systems thinking.
