What you will do
- Successfully close new business through relationship-based selling.
- Master the ability to evangelise the story.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly quotas.
- Align solutions with prospect business objectives/needs.
- Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections.
- Collaborate effectively with the account team and others to drive new business.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Mid-Market/Enterprise Account Executive experience.
- Ability to identify and highlight customer ROI and business value.
- Strong ability to think at scale while balancing customer experience outcomes.
- Show regular proactive efforts towards driving value and a strong experience for customers.
- Excellence in achieving net retention goals and contributing significantly to the other team revenue and engagement metrics.
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken).
