What you will do

• Define and communicate a compelling vision for Payments Growth, turning emerging trends into scalable products.
• Build and own the multi-year strategy for key payment methods, including BNPL, Virtual Accounts, and Physical Payments.
• Identify new payment opportunities and lead the creation of innovative products to expand market leadership.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers focused on individual payment methods and growth areas.
• Define clear goals, KPIs, and success metrics for each payment product and drive the entire product lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, compliance, commercial, and operations to deliver reliable payment solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 4+ years in payments, financial services, or fintech.
• Proven track record of building and scaling payment products in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strong leadership experience, including leading product managers and cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to translate long-term vision into actionable roadmaps.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
