Product Manager II - Cash Balances (Fintech)

TL;DR

Product Manager II (Fintech): Owning product development for cash products, strategically expanding core and new offerings with an accent on improving customer cash experience. Focus on launching new products across existing and new cash domains and building a robust platform with reliability, scale, and risk mitigation at its core.

Location: In-person participation is required throughout the year. Team and company-wide offsites are held multiple times annually.

Salary: $180,370—$212,200 USD

What you will do

• Own product development for Cash products, expanding core and new offerings strategically.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, legal, and operations to develop and execute against the product roadmap.
• Launch zero to one new products for hirify.global users across existing and new Cash domains.
• Define and analyze metrics to guide product development and ensure a best-in-class user experience.
• Align teams on a shared vision and steer execution on that vision for the entire brokerage platform.
• Communicate plans, progress, benefits, and functionality internally to partners and executive leadership, and externally to customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in regulated brokerage and FinTech.
• Deep expertise in Fintech Banking, DeFi Banking and/or Cash management products .
• Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Deep analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and the ability to guide product strategy and create alignment with senior cross-functional partners.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
