What you will do
- Help deploy niche brands' digital plan for the fiscal year.
- Build social media calendars and coordinate with agencies to improve performance.
- Consolidate and analyze paid media campaign reports, define KPIs, and highlight key learnings.
- Follow up on strategies and activations across various digital pillars.
- Help coordinate and develop digital activations for new product launches.
- Help manage brands’ social media accounts including editorial planning and fanbase growth.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a digital project manager, ideally in the beauty industry or in a digital agency.
- Strong analytical mind.
- Excellent understanding of the digital and social media ecosystem.
- Organized, rigorous, and has a sense of responsibility.
- Knows how to prioritize and juggle between different projects and brand DNA.
- Fluent in English with excellent business writing skills are a must.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Klavyo, Sprinklr, and Traackr would be a plus.
