What you will do

• Own and execute digital asset operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and secure settlements.
• Design, operate, and scale the digital wallet infrastructure, covering access management, approval workflows, and operational security.
• Plan and manage liquidity across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons, optimizing working capital allocation within digital asset flows.
• Build and maintain relationships with licensed service providers, custodial solutions, exchange and OTC partners, supporting both daily operations and future scaling.
• Define and implement internal policies, procedures, and control frameworks governing digital asset usage within treasury operations.
• Drive continuous improvement of the digital asset operating model, focusing on scalability, cost efficiency, and operational resilience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance-related roles within international companies, fintech, IT or digital asset–enabled environments.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to analyze complex operational and financial topics and make sound business decisions.
• Solid understanding of digital asset operating models and treasury processes, with hands-on experience in stablecoin-based settlements, wallet infrastructure, and multi-currency liquidity management.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and effectively manage daily operational routines alongside ad-hoc tasks and longer-term strategic initiatives.
• Proficient level of Excel.
• English B2+.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience in designing, operating, and scaling secure digital asset operating models, including robust controls, approval frameworks, and risk management practices will be a strong advantage.
