What you will do

• Monitor and analyze payment risk signals including chargebacks, fraud patterns, and failed payments.
• Execute and monitor routing experiments across PSPs, countries, and user segments to optimize acceptance rates.
• Investigate and resolve billing issues such as double charges, refunds, disputes, and PSP incidents.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Legal teams to reduce preventable chargebacks and payment complaints.
• Maintain clear documentation of routing logic and operational processes while suggesting improvements for repetitive tasks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in payments, billing operations, payment risk, or fintech operations.
• Deep understanding of online card payments, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks.
• Experience working with PSPs, payment gateways, acquirers, or payment orchestrators.
• Ability to analyze data to identify patterns and explain issues clearly.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and good written communication skills.
• Must be based in Spain, Serbia, Portugal, Cyprus, Georgia, Armenia, or Poland.
