What you will do
- Understand and communicate hirify.global’s value proposition and product effectively
- Identify strategic accounts using Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and 6Sense
- Organize multi-channel prospecting and develop sequences in Outreach
- Coordinate meetings and manage account executive calendars
- Handle objections with strong interpersonal and technical skills
Requirements
- Fluent in Swedish or Danish and English with excellent verbal and written communication
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in pipeline generation
- Ability to commute and work hybrid 3 days per week in Dublin
- Self-starter with process creation skills for scaling business
- College degree required
