What you will do
- Own the EMEA SMB book of business and deliver growth across a hybrid selling model.
- Manage and mentor a team of SMB Account Executives, focusing on new business and expansion.
- Define and implement prospecting and deal management strategies tailored to the EMEA market.
- Create scalable enablement processes to shorten ramp time and support career progression.
- Utilize tools like Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, and Pocus to drive productivity and deal velocity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Development, Enablement, Product, and Customer Success.
Requirements
- 2 years of leadership experience in a quota-carrying role leading Account Executives and/or Sales Development teams.
- Demonstrated experience and success in an individual contributor quota-carrying role.
- Experience leading fast-paced teams with an ability to work with ambiguity.
- Strong leadership skills, keen business acumen, and a passion for driving excellence.
- A history of developing and implementing prospecting strategies to build pipeline.
- Experience selling to Marketing, Sales, Operations, HR, and Collaboration (IT) functions, with familiarity in Product-Led Growth / Sales-Assisted businesses.
- English: B2+ required
