SMB Manager (SaaS): Leading and scaling a high-performing sales team across EMEA, focusing on new business and expansion for small and mid-sized customers using a product-led growth engine. Focus on defining and implementing tailored prospecting and deal management strategies, optimizing customer outcomes, and fostering team development.

Location: This is a hybrid role based in our Dublin office. Office attendance is required on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Salary: €99,000–€112,750

What you will do

  • Own the EMEA SMB book of business and deliver growth across a hybrid selling model.
  • Manage and mentor a team of SMB Account Executives, focusing on new business and expansion.
  • Define and implement prospecting and deal management strategies tailored to the EMEA market.
  • Create scalable enablement processes to shorten ramp time and support career progression.
  • Utilize tools like Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, and Pocus to drive productivity and deal velocity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Development, Enablement, Product, and Customer Success.

Requirements

  • 2 years of leadership experience in a quota-carrying role leading Account Executives and/or Sales Development teams.
  • Demonstrated experience and success in an individual contributor quota-carrying role.
  • Experience leading fast-paced teams with an ability to work with ambiguity.
  • Strong leadership skills, keen business acumen, and a passion for driving excellence.
  • A history of developing and implementing prospecting strategies to build pipeline.
  • Experience selling to Marketing, Sales, Operations, HR, and Collaboration (IT) functions, with familiarity in Product-Led Growth / Sales-Assisted businesses.
  • English: B2+ required
