What you will do

• Act as the day-to-day analytics partner for clients on credit strategy, risk optimization, and portfolio performance.
• Translate client goals into analytical questions, project plans, and workflows.
• Use Python and SQL to explore data, validate hypotheses, and support analytical workflows.
• Develop credit strategies, policy rules, and models across underwriting, pricing, and collections.
• Produce client-ready deliverables including presentations, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Product, and Sales teams to ensure client requirements are met.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States and able to work remotely.
• 3–6 years experience in analytics, consulting, credit risk, or financial services.
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and SQL for data analysis.
• Experience with credit risk, portfolio analytics, and credit lifecycle management.
• Strong client-facing consulting skills and ability to translate analytics into business recommendations.
• Familiarity with model performance metrics and machine learning or scorecard-based model development.

Nice to have

• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Background in FinTech or decisioning platforms.
• Experience supporting pre-sales, pilots, or proof-of-value engagements.
