What you will do
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through inbound and outbound outreach.
- Manage distinct sales cycles for various organizational structures.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure renewals and identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve or exceed sales goals by assessing client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Contribute to developing sales best practices and deliver product demos.
- Partner with Marketing and Product Management for refined messaging and customer insights.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of recent experience as a quota-carrying sales representative.
- At least 1 year of experience in teaching, EdTech sales, or the education sector.
- Proven success exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce for pipeline and activity management.
- Ability to effectively engage with stakeholders across all levels of customer organizations.
