Location: Fully remote within the U.S. only

Salary: Base: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, and On-Target Earnings $100,000 - $120,000 per year.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through inbound and outbound outreach.
  • Manage distinct sales cycles for various organizational structures.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure renewals and identify growth opportunities.
  • Achieve or exceed sales goals by assessing client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to developing sales best practices and deliver product demos.
  • Partner with Marketing and Product Management for refined messaging and customer insights.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of recent experience as a quota-carrying sales representative.
  • At least 1 year of experience in teaching, EdTech sales, or the education sector.
  • Proven success exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce for pipeline and activity management.
  • Ability to effectively engage with stakeholders across all levels of customer organizations.
