Location: Hybrid role based in Kitchener or Toronto, Canada

Salary: $70,000–$85,000 CAD annually

What you will do

  • Renew and upgrade contracts across your portfolio to reduce churn and increase revenue.
  • Develop business relationships with prestigious educational institutions and organizations.
  • Coach and support customers to create engaging interactive content.
  • Contribute ideas to improve company processes and product adoption.
  • Collaborate with international teams across different time zones.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or near Kitchener or Toronto, Canada
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with fast typing ability.
  • Ability to build credibility with senior and C-suite executives.
  • Self-driven, service-minded, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRMs like Copper and Salesforce is a plus.

Nice to have

  • Experience with EdTech solutions or tech-savvy background.
  • Experience working in an international environment.
  • Flexibility to accommodate meetings in different time zones.
