Location: This is a Field position located in the United States (Remote-USA), requiring employees to live within a reasonable commuting distance to their assigned region and/or service area. Frequent partner travel and in-person meetings are required. Specific salary ranges are noted for various US states, including California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, Washington DC, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Vermont.

Salary: $128,200.00 - $204,800.00 annually (for CA, CT, MD, MA, NJ, NY, WA, DC) or $121,800.00 - $194,600.00 annually (for CO, HI, IL, MN, NV, OH, RI, VT), plus equity awards.

What you will do

  • Lead, recruit, mentor, and develop a diverse team of Growth Advisors.
  • Drive performance by championing hirify.global's integrated tools and guiding partners through onboarding and scaling.
  • Use data from Salesforce and BI tools like Tableau to drive actionable strategies and coach teams.
  • Apply insight-led sales techniques to challenge and influence partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on local real estate market trends and build relationships with key partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, real estate consulting, sales enablement, or B2B client success.
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience.
  • Strong background in real estate, proptech, or performance-based partner programs.
  • Ability to influence without authority and challenge established thinking through data and insight.
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Tableau, or other BI dashboards.
  • Comfortable working independently in a field-based role with frequent partner travel (in-person meetings required).
