What you will do
- Partner with sales to support strategic deals through discovery calls and technical deep dives
- Create and deliver presentations, demos, and customized technical solutions
- Analyze customer requirements and provide technical guidance aligned to needs
- Collaborate cross-functionally on product enhancements and customer requests
- Provide technical support during the sales process and internal training
- Stay current on competitive landscape and perform comparisons
Requirements
- Must have experience in a technical presales or sales engineer role
- Experience with enterprise software in automation or contact center technologies
- Strong JavaScript programming/scripting skills
- English proficiency at least B2 level
- Experience with low-code platforms and conversational AI is a plus
- Strong presentation and communication skills
