TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (Proptech SaaS): Selling a powerful, cloud-based deal management platform to C-Suite at Commercial Real Estate investment firms, running a full sales cycle from prospecting through closing. With an accent on consistently achieving quarterly sales objectives, building pipelines, and advocating customer needs to the product development team. Focus on leveraging CRE industry understanding, using a consultative sales process, and effectively communicating with prominent real estate investment firms.

Location: Hybrid work environment (in-office Monday through Thursday) in New York City, New York.

Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 total compensation.

What you will do

  • Generate new business sales from named accounts and prospects in selected geographic territories.
  • Sell a cloud-based deal management platform to C-Suite at Commercial Real Estate investment firms.
  • Consistently achieve quarterly sales objectives and build a pipeline for future periods.
  • Develop effective account and territory plans.
  • Advocate on behalf of target customers with the product development team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 4+ years of quota-carrying B2B Enterprise-level software/SaaS sales experience.
  • Experience selling into the C-Suite in Commercial Real Estate or Financial Services firms.
  • Experience using Salesforce.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Must work in a hybrid model (in-office Monday through Thursday) in New York City, New York.
