What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with CIOs, IT executives, LOB executives, and program managers in State and Local government accounts.
• Drive value-based growth and expand hirify.global usage into new business units and use cases.
• Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets consistently.
• Track customer details and forecast sales pipeline using Salesforce.
• Use solution-based selling to communicate value to customers and system integrators.
• Develop internal and external plans for account success.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work remotely from Washington D.C. or surrounding areas (DC, Maryland, Virginia).
• 5+ years of enterprise sales experience with a focus on State and Local government accounts.
• Proven success in early-stage or high-growth companies with limited oversight.
• Experience selling big data, cloud, SaaS solutions with consumption-based sales motions.
• Established relationships with CIOs, program managers, and key decision makers in local government.
• Bachelor's degree required.
