What you will do

  • Own and manage the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive new business and expansion.
  • Engage senior stakeholders to align solutions with business priorities.
  • Lead discovery and solution-selling conversations to uncover customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver cohesive customer experiences.
  • Manage complex deal cycles including procurement, legal, and security reviews.

Requirements

  • Must have 5-8 years B2B SaaS sales experience with 3+ years in enterprise accounts.
  • Proven track record exceeding $1M+ ARR quotas and closing large multi-year deals.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and enterprise procurement processes.
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with APIs and SaaS infrastructure; able to communicate technical concepts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be located in or able to work from a US state where hirify.global is registered.
