Salary: $262,700–$315,200 USD

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing associate sales team to grow sales revenue in strategic accounts.
  • Collaborate with the sales operations team to promote operational excellence through pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
  • Provide regular, data-based updates to leadership regarding progress against quota attainment and team performance.
  • Develop a close partnership with marketing teams to foster seamless collaboration.
  • Translate market and customer insights into feedback to influence the product roadmap.
  • Create and execute sales pitches and messaging.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • 3+ years of previous success leading sales teams as a manager or team lead.
  • Proven sales management track record of hiring, training, coaching, and motivating a sales team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present strategy and results to all levels of the organization.
  • Track record of exceeding team sales quota.
  • Proven ability to create scalable processes for a growing sales team.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Outreach, and other sales technologies.
