Salary: $85,000–$105,000 annual base salary.

• Lead dynamic creative projects from concept through final execution, collaborating with internal teams and external clients.
• Drive innovative thinking and ensure every design detail is crafted with precision and intention.
• Present work with exceptional storytelling skills, articulating the strategic and emotional impact of each design.
• Lead brand-focused creative, bringing new possibilities for brand evolution and extension into different categories.
• Develop new logos and create distinctive creative assets that strengthen and elevate the brand.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional design experience, supported by a portfolio of distinctive brand identity projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Deep proficiency with Figma for design tasks.
• Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to design solutions aligned with client briefs.
• A sharp sense of visual storytelling for crafting engaging and persuasive presentations.
• Strong communication skills to express ideas clearly and provide/receive feedback thoughtfully.
• Up to date with industry trends, including AI, and able to contribute ideas for innovation and improvement.
