Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop and execute design concepts for brand, campaigns, fashion, retail, and experiential activations.
• Define and evolve hirify.global visual language across platforms.
• Create key design assets including campaign identities, lookbooks, event branding, packaging, and digital content.
• Provide art direction to designers, freelancers, and vendors.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, and E-Commerce teams.
• Manage multiple projects in fast-paced environment while staying ahead of design trends and cultural movements.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of design experience in brand, agency, or fashion/music/lifestyle environment
• Expert in Figma & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion/3D experience a plus
• Strong understanding of brand systems, typography, composition, and storytelling
• Proven ability to lead creative development from concept to execution
• Deep connection to music, culture, and fashion
• Must possess work authorization in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Willing to travel, work holidays/evenings/weekends, tolerate loud noise and varying climates at events, open office
