Business Development Representative (SaaS)

TL;DR

Business Development Representative (SaaS): Identifying and generating new business opportunities for a workforce management platform across the BeNeLux market with an accent on strategic outreach, relationship building, and lead qualification. Focus on using advanced SaaS tech stack, researching industry trends, and improving sales processes.

Location: Hybrid setup with at least 2 days from the office. Must be fluent in Dutch and English with a focus on the NL market for in-office final interviews.

What you will do

• Proactively prospect and identify new customers through innovative outbound strategies (phone, email, LinkedIn, social media).
• Respond to inbound leads, assess business needs, and generate interest in hirify.global solutions.
• Qualify prospects, build a pipeline, and schedule meetings with decision-makers for the Account Executive team.
• Manage account handovers and maintain accurate records of leads in the CRM system using advanced SaaS tools.
• Research WFM industry trends, customer pain points, and competitors to refine outreach strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on messaging and improve the sales process.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• A can-do attitude, natural curiosity, and desire to learn about customer needs.
• Minimum language skills required: fluent Dutch and English.
