TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Benelux Market): Managing a high volume of outbound interactions to qualify and connect prospective hirify.global customers with sales teams, with an accent on delivering regional revenue targets as an individual contributor. Focus on developing lead pipelines, defining and executing sales plans, and continuously improving processes.

Location: Work from our London office as this is an onsite role

What you will do

  • Manage daily outbound interactions with prospective hirify.global customers via phone, email, and other media.
  • Qualify, educate, and connect prospects with sales teams to deliver regional revenue targets.
  • Develop and manage your lead pipeline by assessing, prioritizing, and moving a large number of clients.
  • Define and execute on plans to meet and exceed your role-based goals.
  • Engage with marketing, sales, and operations teams to design and execute campaigns.
  • Provide regular reporting of pipeline status and conduct forecasting exercises.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree desirable.
  • Ideally first experience in sales or business development, preferably in a similar role or high velocity sales environments.
  • Experience with the Benelux Market.
  • Fast-learner driven to action, passionate about sales, customer service, and CRM tools.
  • High level of goal and customer orientation, self-motivation, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, globally-dispersed work environment.
  • Native level written and oral communication skills in English & Dutch.

Nice to have

  • Cloud software sales experience.
  • Additional EU languages.
