What you will do
- Be responsible for consultative solution selling, win new enterprise accounts and grow existing business with hirify.global’s solutions.
- Proactively engage customers with a consultative, solution-orientated approach and discover new opportunities.
- Establish and nurture strong relations with enterprise customers and key decision-makers.
- Apply both tactical and strategic go to market models aimed at growing the customer base both in the short and long terms.
- Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast process, including pipeline analysis, data validation and identify gaps and actions required.
- Collaborate across all internal teams and resources to ensure you bring the best solution to your clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in technology related sales selling software/SaaS,IaaS, or OT Platform products to enterprise customers or large organizations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with prospective customers as well as VP- and C-level executives.
- Expertise using a Sales Framework such as MEDDPICC, Challenger or Sandler.
- Proven track record of a consistently high performance and a hunter sales mentality.
- Fluency in English and Dutch is mandatory, additional languages such as French are a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an understanding of the dynamics of a high-growth company and the ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing environment.
