What you will do

• Gather, validate, and document business requirements collaborating with stakeholders and product owners.
• Translate business requirements into development-ready items by analyzing system capabilities and proposing solutions.
• Model and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and product value.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and impacts of existing and proposed solutions.
• Create clear functional specifications and communicate technical concepts accessibly.
• Support planning, coordination, and delivery activities, contributing to project management.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Proven experience managing stakeholder expectations and facilitating discussions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Skilled in requirement prioritization, scope management, and evaluating solution feasibility

Nice to have

• Business Analyst certification or relevant courses
• Experience with project management, SAFe, Scaled Scrum, or Lean frameworks
• Technical background or degree in Computer Science
• Familiarity with complex data systems or integration environments
